I am missing a product from my order. What do I do?

We have strict policies for missing product. In case of such an incident, you can whatsapp or call us on the customer support number, or drop a mail at hello@mrquirk.com. A representative will get in touch with you and arrange a pickup and delivery for the same.

What is the estimated delivery date of an order?

We usually deliver our orders in 3-4 business days. In certain scenarious like shortage or a product, a natural disaster, national holidays or a national emergency, the delivery time may vary.

How do I return my product?

You can return an order by clicking Return on the My Orders page. If any issues occurs, you can call or whatsapp in our customer support number.

* We accept returns within 15 days of the order. Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

What do I do if I receive a faulty item?

We have strict policies for faulty items or products. In case of such an incident, you can whatsapp or call us on the customer support number, or drop a mail at hello@mrquirk.com. A representative will get in touch with you and arrange a pickup and delivery for the same.

I want to change my delivery address and phone number.

If your order has been shipped we will not be able to make any changes in the delivery address. We can inform our courier partner to send the shipment back to us. Please share the order id number and let us know the next course of action.

What is your return policy?

We usually return products that are damaged or if a wrong product is delivered. Currently we do not support any exchange policy
